Full Name – used as your display name.
Email Address – used for login and communication.
Profile Photo – optional; used to personalize your account.
Device ID / Firebase Token – used to send push notifications.
Shopping Lists & Products – core content you create in the app.
Friend Sharing Codes – allows list sharing between users.
Ads Data – AdMob may collect limited data to serve ads (e.g., anonymized identifiers).

We do not collect location data, app analytics, or crash logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

To create and manage your account.
To allow you to create and share shopping lists.
To send notifications about list sharing or updates.
To display ads using AdMob (Google).
To maintain app functionality and respond to support requests.

4. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with:

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): for push notifications.
AdMob: to display ads and measure ad performance.
Legal Authorities: when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We store your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned. You may delete your account at any time via the app, which will delete your personal data and content.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can be 100% secure. You use the app at your own risk.

Grablist is designed to be suitable for all ages. However, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe your child has provided us data without your consent, please contact us.
